My PC Tools Spyware will not let Web Cam run as it says the program is trying to access other files, anyone else had the same problem...?

Does this program allow you to bypass certain programs on your PC? If so, please select allow or let us know which component is being addressed as spyware. Web Camera Security System is 100% Adware/Spyware free. If you contact the PC Tools Spyware support, they should be able to help you with the conflict. Please let me know if you have further problems.
