I've now sent three emails to you for resolution to this problem with no reply yet. I've sent these to both of your known email addresses, SecureWebCamera@Dreamstruct.com and support@Dreamstruct.com, but they are getting bounced back - your mail boxes are full - how lame is that? You can imagine my frustration. RegNow has also been trying to contact you about this.
I purchased your product over the weekend through RegNow and paid $19.95 for it. It will not accept the registration number that I received so I cannot use your product. I purchased this product to be in use while I am away. I leave tomorrow so must hear from you immediately. You have no contact phone number on your web site and your email is not working so this forum is my only recourse. Please help me resolve this! My machine ID is 532FE92BEB278C2A8323.

I'm very sorry about this. We will refund you full amount and I will work with you to get your application to work so you can have a free copy for your trouble. Support@Dreamstruct.com was tested and does workj now.

Over a week later and still no reolution. I'm going to request a full refund from RegNow today. This has been the worst customer service I have ever received. Anyone else who is reading this - don't buy this product! They will take your money and abandon you! |
